Behind the fireplace there is a dining area for 8 persons, with possibility for 10 seats. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is situated on the left of the entrance.
The house has 4 functional bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. One bedroom has a bathroom en suite with shower, toilet and wash. The other bathroom has shower, toilet, bidet and wash. In 2 of the bedrooms there are build in closets. The other 2 bedrooms have a closet to share.
All bedrooms have separate entrances to the outside area.
When walking through the living you enter the terrace area with the most amazing views and a absolute cosy terrace with lounge furniture and a dining table for 8 persons. By the pool there is an area with 2 mattresses of 140x200 meter for relaxing sunbathing or enjoy the sun on one of the 2 sun beds. There is a washing machine and a clothesline outside.
There is a playground for small children in 5 minutes walking distance.
The direct area of the house is an urbanization which is located 5 km east of Marbella. Supermarket, restaurants, beach bars and clubs, beauty salons and hairdressers are within walking distance. All in all a great combination for an unforgettable holiday.
