This idyllic holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with comfortable amenities. The Beach House offers three cozy bedrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. In the third bedroom, you will find a cozy single bed. Each of these rooms is lovingly furnished and ideal for families or friends who wish to share the house. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower where you can revitalize yourself after a day at the beach or exploring the surroundings. For an outdoor experience, there is also an outdoor shower available.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
