Holiday rental operations, guest services, check-in procedures, and local property management in Spain may be carried out by collaborating companies and local operating partners, including:

The rental period is stated in the Holiday Letting Agreement and runs from the official check-in date and time until the official check-out date and time.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any complaint must be reported immediately during the stay so that ESPANA-HOLIDAY.COM has the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Complaints submitted after departure may limit the possibility of compensation.

12. PROPERTY SUBSTITUTION

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, ESPANA-HOLIDAY.COM reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of similar standard and location.

If no suitable alternative is available, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the reservation.


13. CHECK-IN, IDENTITY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
