The full rental amount is payable immediately.
Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Use of swimming pools, terraces, solariums, gyms, lagoons, and communal facilities is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
Children must always be supervised by adults.
Any complaint must be reported immediately during the stay so that ESPANA-HOLIDAY.COM has the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Complaints submitted after departure may limit the possibility of compensation.
ESPANA-HOLIDAY.COM must be given reasonable time to investigate and resolve reported issues.

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, ESPANA-HOLIDAY.COM reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of similar standard and location.
If no suitable alternative is available, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
