The open environmental and cosy living and lounge has a dining table for 6 and a sofa group. From this area there is direct access through sliding doors to a covered terrace with build in BBQ and a dining table.

A staircase from the living leads to the master bedroom with double bed of 1,50 m and a private terrace. The 2nd bathroom has a sink, toilet and combi of shower/bathtub.

The garden area is magnificent and well maintained. From the east corner of the plot you have private access through the dunes to reach the beach within 30 meters.

The entire plot is secured. The entrance gate is remote controlled.
