Esta villa de gama alta se encuentra a sólo 2 km de las mejores playas de la Costa del Sol. Ha sido completamente reformada en un estilo de lujo con preciosas vistas al mar.
La parcela de esta villa es 1390m2. Hay una terraza en la primera planta, una terraza cubierta en la planta baja.
A través de la puerta principal se entra en un espacioso vestíbulo con acceso directo a la zona de comedor precioso y luminoso. A la derecha se encuentra una fantástica sala de estar, con una gran pantalla de televisión y todos los equipos necesarios de HI-FI.
Pasando la zona de comedor tiene acceso a la terraza de la derecha con mesa de comedor para 4 personas y un salón para 8 personas. Las vistas desde la terraza son increíbles y los alrededores son muy tranquilos.
La cocina es un sueño para todos aquellos amantes de la cocina. Es una cocina más que bien equipada, con 2 hornos de cocina, ollas y un refrigerador/congelador Americano.
Desde la cocina se tiene acceso a una pequeña terraza donde puede disfrutar de los cafés de la mañana.
En la planta baja hay 3 dormitorios con todos los cuartos de baño y un aseo.
El espacioso dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble 1.80 * 2.00 con un pequeño vestidor dentro. Desde esta habitación puede tener acceso directo a la terraza de planta baja con una zona de comedor para 6 personas y zona ajardinada con piscina privada (* climatizada), jacuzzi y tombonas para una relajación absoluta.
Las demás habitaciones tienen camas dobles de 180 * 200.
Desde este área de jardín y piscina tendría que ir más allá y bajar hasta un campo de fútbol pequeño para que los niños puedan jugar alrededor. Toda esta zona es un área cerrada.
La zona de El Rosario se encuentra a 5 km al este de Marbella. Se trata de un área donde usted puede disfrutar de todo lo que necesita en sus vacaciones, aunque sin el ruido de la ciudad interior de Marbella / Puerto Banús. Estas ciudades se encuentran a 7-12 minutos en coche, discotecas, bares, eran de alta gama tiendas de diseño están representados ampliamente.

Le informamos que estaremos encantados de proporcionarle una cuna y una silla alta para bebé si usted lo necesita. El coste total para toda la estancia es de 30 euros incluyendo un conjunto de sábanas de la cama. Pregunte en la oficina.
Cambio de sábanas y toallas:
Si usted requiere el cambio de sábanas y toallas durante su estancia por favor avísenos cuando haga una reserva. El precio es de 15 euros p. persona. Pregunte en la oficina.

Härlig utsikt mot magiska solnedgångar när solen försvann bakom bergen. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att hyra huset vid flera tillfällen. Trevlig personal och god service från Espana-Holiday!

We were 4 people (2 children) and spent 3 weeks in this wonderful villa. We can confirm the very positive review from Elina - the villa is spacious, well equipped and with top-location. Very private setting, you feel like living in a friend's house, and you do not notice the hassle of high-season rush at the Costa del Sol. We have also experienced that the landlord is very helpful and was always available by phone for questions/small issues. Also booking experience and customer support by Espana Holiday was very good. Overall: A great and wonderful experience, we can recommend this villa!

The views however are really breathtaking, however we loved the outdoor BBQ area the most. The ability to cook, sit, eat and relax in the outside setting was fantastic. We had the best possible one week holiday in this beautiful villa. We were 5 people in total (2 children) and found the villa very spacious and well equipped. The pool area was just amazing with huge heated pool, jacuzzi, sun beds and a big outdoor kitchen/ bbq area. The outdoor area provided full privacy and kids just loved to spend their days around the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and each of them had their own bathroom. Also kitchen was really well equipped and we didn't miss anything during our stay. The location was great and close to everything. You need your own car though to get around. There was a good grocery store, a bakery and two great restaurants nearby. A special thanks goes to the landlord who was most helpful with the few requests we had during our stay. Also the booking process via Espana-holiday.com worked well and all questions were answered promptly. I can warmly recommend this villa and we hope we have a chance to return one day for another holiday.

Verkligen ett hus som lever upp till bilder och beskrivning! Ägaren tog emot vid ankomst och visade runt vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Huset ligger fantasktiskt på en höjd med helt underbar utsikt. Vill också passa på att tacka uthyrningsfirman Espana - Holiday.com för väldigt bra service! Fick alltid svar direkt på våra mail etc. och vid ankomst fanns det en pärm med info om huset men även bra tips med kartor på både utflykter men även till affärer o dyl. Skulle gärna hyra huset igen!
