Cette villa haut de gamme est situé à seulement 2 km de la meilleure plage de la Costa del Sol. Cette maison est entièrement rénové dans un style luxueux avec des vues magnifiques
L'intrigue de cette villa est 1390m2. Il ya une terrasse au premier étage, une terrasse couverte au rez de chaussée.
Par la porte principale vous entrez dans un hall spacieux avec accès direct à la salle à manger belle et lumineuse. Pour la droite, vous trouverez une vie fantastique avec téléviseur grand écran et tout l'équipement nécessaire HIFI.
En passant la salle à manger vous avez accès à la terrasse à votre droite avec table à manger pour 4 et un coin salon pour 8 personnes. Les points de vue de la terrasse sont incroyables et les environs sont très calmes.
La cuisine est un rêve pour tous ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Il ya une cuisine plus que bien équipée avec pas moins de 2 fours auberge de construction et d'une cuisinière et un réfrigérateur Amérique / congélateur.
De la cuisine vous avez accès à une petite terrasse pour les cafés du matin.
Au rez de chaussée il ya 3 chambres à coucher avec toutes les salles de bains et un WC invité.
La spacieuse chambre principale a un lit double 1,80 * 2,00 avec walk demi dans les placards. De cette chambre vous avez accès direct à la terrasse rez de chaussée avec salle à manger pour 6 personnes d'un espace jardin avec le secteur privé (* chauffée) piscine, un jacuzzi et des lits soleil pour une détente absolue.
Les autres chambres disposent de lits doubles 180 * 200.
Dans cette zone, jardin et piscine, vous aller plus loin vers le bas pour un terrain de football peu pour les petits puissent culbuter autour. La prémisse est une zone fermée.
La région d'El Rosario est situé à 5 km à l'est de Marbella. Il s'agit d'un domaine où vous pourrez découvrir la vie de vacanciers heureux mais sans le bruit de la ville de Marbella intérieure / Puerto Banus. Ces villes sont dans les 7-12 minutes en voiture, discothèques, bars, étaient élevés boutiques de créateurs d'extrémité sont largement représentés.
* Piscine chauffée uniquement en basse saison : + 200 € par semaine
Les prix sont basés sur les 6 personnes.

Härlig utsikt mot magiska solnedgångar när solen försvann bakom bergen. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att hyra huset vid flera tillfällen. Trevlig personal och god service från Espana-Holiday!

We were 4 people (2 children) and spent 3 weeks in this wonderful villa. We can confirm the very positive review from Elina - the villa is spacious, well equipped and with top-location. Very private setting, you feel like living in a friend's house, and you do not notice the hassle of high-season rush at the Costa del Sol. We have also experienced that the landlord is very helpful and was always available by phone for questions/small issues. Also booking experience and customer support by Espana Holiday was very good. Overall: A great and wonderful experience, we can recommend this villa!

The views however are really breathtaking, however we loved the outdoor BBQ area the most. The ability to cook, sit, eat and relax in the outside setting was fantastic. We had the best possible one week holiday in this beautiful villa. We were 5 people in total (2 children) and found the villa very spacious and well equipped. The pool area was just amazing with huge heated pool, jacuzzi, sun beds and a big outdoor kitchen/ bbq area. The outdoor area provided full privacy and kids just loved to spend their days around the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and each of them had their own bathroom. Also kitchen was really well equipped and we didn't miss anything during our stay. The location was great and close to everything. You need your own car though to get around. There was a good grocery store, a bakery and two great restaurants nearby. A special thanks goes to the landlord who was most helpful with the few requests we had during our stay. Also the booking process via Espana-holiday.com worked well and all questions were answered promptly. I can warmly recommend this villa and we hope we have a chance to return one day for another holiday.

Verkligen ett hus som lever upp till bilder och beskrivning! Ägaren tog emot vid ankomst och visade runt vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Huset ligger fantasktiskt på en höjd med helt underbar utsikt. Vill också passa på att tacka uthyrningsfirman Espana - Holiday.com för väldigt bra service! Fick alltid svar direkt på våra mail etc. och vid ankomst fanns det en pärm med info om huset men även bra tips med kartor på både utflykter men även till affärer o dyl. Skulle gärna hyra huset igen!
