Lift access ensures comfort and convenience for all guests. Children are welcome, and a baby cot can be provided on request. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.

Wristbands are provided to registered guests for access to the lagoon, pools, gym, and communal areas. Please note that non-registered visitors must purchase a separate wristband (€60 per person per day).
