Who are we?
Meet Jan Niclasen and Marika Koekkoek, the two people behind one of the most trusted names in holiday rentals on the Costa del Sol. Jan grew up in a family of five in Denmark, Marika in a family of four in the Netherlands — and in 2009, they joined forces to build their own Danish-based business together.
What started with just six holiday rental units has grown into a portfolio of more than 120 properties across the entire Costa del Sol, from cosy apartments for four guests to spacious villas sleeping up to eighteen. Whatever the size of your group, Jan and Marika have curated a range of homes to match.
