Description

A marvellous and peaceful location just in front of the Mediterranean Sea with beautiful sea views.
Playa de La Lucerna is an urbanisation located directly on the Mediterranean Sea. Constructed in the nineteen seventies. The buildings are of typical Spanish architecture and the outside areas are quiet with beautiful and well-maintained gardens and pool area

The apartment is located 30 meters from the beach with uninterrupted sea views.

The apartment is situated on the corner of a block of apartments at ground level, directly beside the pool area. Ideal for families needing to keep an eye on the small ones while they enjoy the pool.

When entering the apartment through a short hallway, you will find the kitchen on the right-hand side, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator and freezer. To the left, you will find bedroom one which faces north with two single beds of 1.90* 90 and a bathroom. The second bedroom faces south has a double bed 1.50*1.90 and bathroom en suite. From this bedroom, you have direct access to a patio with beach and sea view.

Also, from this bright hallway, you can enjoy the uninterrupted sea views. The functional living area has two sofas and a dining table for four. Walking through the living area, sliding doors give access to the south facing community garden area, as well as beach access.

The outside patio is a cosy area which has a round table for four persons to dine on while enjoying a Mediterranean vista.

There are two sun beds provided. The community also has some sun beds to use free of charge.

The communal pool has a shallow part where children play. The deep part is approx. 1.80 m.

Built 90 m2, open terraces 8 m2, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Prices are based on four persons.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Extra cleaning service:
If you require a full cleaning during your stay the price is equal to the price mentioned in the advertisement for final cleaning.

If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay the price is Euro 15 per person.
Please do advise us when you make a reservation.

Payment: VISA & Mastercard credit/debit cards, bank transfer.

De locatie van de accommodatie op het park Playa Lucera is uniek. Afgesloten park met appartementen, voelt erg veilig. Je stapt het huis uit en 30 meter verder is de zee. Prachtig uitzicht op zee. Groot grasveld voor de deur, van zonsopgang tot zonsondergang zon, wat in februari fijn is. Voldoende mogelijkheid om uit de in februari soms wat frisse zeewind te gaan zitten of liggen. Met auto is de streek goed te verkennen. Voldoende restaurants op loopafstand. -Ton
