Here in this location you can also enjoy excellent road access and transport links, and it is just 10 minutes away from Marbella and 30 minutes from the airport. There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The local beach is less than a 5-minute drive where you will find the famous Trocadero Beach Club.
The urbanisation is gated and secure and the villa has an alarm and phone entry system. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway plus ample street parking.
