Luxury Penthouse with heated pool between Puerto Banus and Benahavis with amazing views from the 2 terraces. In Golf Area only 5 km from the coast. (3 km in a bird's eye view)

Hacienda del senorio de Cifuentes is located in a quiet an elevated position, away from normal hassle and dazzle, though close to great nightlife in Puerto Banus (8 km), exquisite restaurants and designer brand shops. Also a few km from the cosy little and typical Spanish town Benahavis with more restaurants and small shops. Marbella city centre is approximately 15 km.
The complex is gated providing landscaped gardens with 4 large swimming pools.
All four pools are usually open from dawn to sunset every day from 1 May to 30 September. Three pools are closed in winter, but the infinity pool is open all year round.
There is a summertime refreshment kiosk at the infinity pool at the main gate.
When entering the apartment of 118 m2 + 48 m2 terrace area, the modern living presents itself to the right. A spacious salon with a combination of the dining area for 6 and a sofa group for 6 plus. From the dining area there is access to a terrace to the east with dining table for 6 persons and passing the sofa group there is another terrace with lounge area situated to the south-west. Enjoy the sun all day long.
From the living, there is access to the master bedroom with double bed of 1.80 * 2.00 m, built in closets and en suite bathroom with a combination of bathtub/shower, toilet, bidet and double wash. From this bedroom, there is direct access to the terrace facing south-west.
From the entrance straight on you find the fully equipped kitchen with mainly Siemens equipment.
Just before the entrance to the kitchen, there is a little space which gives access to a functional bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 * 2.00 m and built in closets. The spacious bathroom has toilet, wash and shower.
Air Conditioning: A/C hot and cold throughout entire apartment
Underfloor heating: All rooms have underfloor heating.
Parking space: Privat parking area.
Golf:
The apartment is located in the "New Golf Valley". Within 10 min drive you find:
1. Monte Mayor Golf: A famous hilltop 18 hole course with stunning views of the Andalucian mountains
2. Marbella Club Resort: Newly opened 18 hole course with great clubhouse.
3. El Paraiso: Original and best, 20 years established, friendly and with regular events and tournaments.
4. Los Flamingos: This 36 hole course hosted the Senior Masters' tour a few years ago.
Prices are based on 4 persons.
Extra bed/sofa bed:
Possible 1 sofa bed in this holiday home. Price Euro 75 including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Advise the office.
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price is Euro 30 for 1 week and Euro 50 for 2 weeks, including 1 set of bed sheets. Advise the office.
Delivery clean bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person.

Danish Family of 4 have had a very enjoyable stay in the appartment. Great interior and exterior to help you relax and breathtaking view from the terrace enabling you to see the cost line from Marabella all the way to Gibraltar (and even Tanger) in clear weather. Selction of swimmingpools to fit your choice.

Tevens ook de vuilnis verwijderen uit het appartement. Laatste doen wij normaliter ook wel maar als je het dus vergeet moet je 30 euro boete betalen.
Het is geen probleem om te doen maar een boete en dat je 110 euro betaald voor de schoonmaak vind ik niet in verhouding.

Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen im Mai 2015 in diesem schönen Penthouse. Leider ist ein grosser Teil der Urbanisation nicht verkauft. Gerne hätten wir einen Pool benutzt aber leider waren alle ohne Wasser oder in Renovation. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Aber alles in allem: Der Urlaub war prächtig in dieser schönen Wohnung.
