APARTMENT OVERVIEW
This 1. floor modern, fully equipped apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and resort-style luxury. Ideal for families or couples, the apartment provides direct access to premium on-site amenities in a serene and secure environment.

•Toaster, kettle, frying pan

The resort offers a wide range of exclusive on-site amenities:
•Private beach area
•Communal swimming pool
•Children’s pool
•Children’s playground
•Two on-site restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine
•Fully equipped gym and sauna
•Two wooden hot tubs
•Changing rooms and showers
•Water sports equipment, including kayaks and paddleboards
INCLUDED GUEST PRIVILEGES
(Valued at €60 per person per day – included at no extra cost for registered guests)
•High-speed internet access
•Unlimited access to the Crystal Lagoon
•Access to the resort gym
•Use of sunbeds at the lagoon and pool areas
•Beach towels provided
•On-site lifeguards, including dedicated children’s safety staff
WRISTBAND POLICY
Wristbands are issued according to the number of registered guests per apartment and allow access to shared facilities such as the Crystal Lagoon, pools, gym, and communal areas.
Please note:
•Visitors or non-registered guests must purchase a separate wristband to access shared facilities
•Visitor wristbands cost €60 per day per person
•Access and pricing may vary depending on season and wristband type
•Resident-only services (such as designated sunbeds) are not included
LOCATION & SURROUNDINGS
The apartment is ideally located just 100 meters from the Crystal Lagoon and its private sandy beach. Within the same short walking distance, you will find the Alcazaba Lagoon restaurant, perfect for relaxed Mediterranean dining.
Major supermarkets such as Mercadona and Aldi, as well as the nearest bus station, are only 3 km away. The beautiful sandy beaches of Estepona, along with its charming town center and historic old town filled with restaurants and boutiques, can be reached within a 4-km drive.
GOLF COURSES NEARBY
Golf lovers will find themselves in an excellent location:

•El Paraíso Golf – 6 km
•Duquesa Golf – 8 km
•Los Flamingos Golf – 16 km
