There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The local beach is less than a 5-minute drive where you will find the famous Trocadero Beach Club.

The urbanisation is gated and secure and the villa has an alarm and phone entry system. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway plus ample street parking.

Due to its privileged position, this property boasts fantastic panoramic views of the coast where you can enjoy picture perfect views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as golf views with the iconic La Concha Mountain backdrop. It is located within 2 minutes drive to the nearest Aldi supermarket, 5 minutes drive to the beach, 10 minutes drive to Marbella.

The villa is newly built and freshly furnished with spacious rooms and lots of light. The wow-factor starts at the entrance with amazing views from the moment you open the door.

Two double bedrooms with a shared shower bathroom plus the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. You have stunning views from every room and there is Wi-Fi and a TV with international TV channels in the master bedroom and living room.

The kitchen and living area can be found on the lower level with access to the pool and garden area.

It is an open plan living space with huge windows and doors allowing maximum light. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, fixtures and fittings and there is indoor dining for 8 people.

You can find the fourth bedroom on this level as well as a guest bathroom with shower.

The outside area has ample open and covered terrace space, Jacuzzi and BBQ area with lots of seating and another large area for dining al fresco. You will enjoy the gorgeous landscaped garden with a beautiful pool, which can be heated in the colder months.
