Inside, on the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a spacious dining room with access to the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry area.
Upstairs, the fourth bedroom offers ample space, a bathroom, an open dressing and sitting area, and a smaller terrace.
A small supermarket and several beachfront restaurants are within walking distance. Malaga Airport is located just 40 km away.
In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the heart of Marbella, with its charming old town, extended seafront promenade perfect for strolling, and numerous excellent restaurants and bars.
The famous and lively Puerto Banús harbour is only 15 minutes away.
For shopping, there are several supermarkets within a 10-minute drive, and a German bakery in El Rosario offers fresh bread and pastries, even on Sundays.
For larger shopping needs, the expansive La Cañada shopping mall at the Ojén exit before Marbella features a large AlCampo hypermarket with fresh food and everything you might need. There are also numerous fashion boutiques, a large Apple Store, restaurants, a cinema, and a bowling alley.
