The villa’s layout consists of two distinct areas.

1. The upper section includes:

An open-plan kitchen and living area with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, beautifully combining modern aesthetics with comfort. This level also includes a bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. The bed in this bedroom measures 1.80 x 2.00 m.

From the living room and villa entrance, you have direct access to the outdoor dining area. A beautiful lounge area has been added a few steps further down from the dining terrace near the living room, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the magnificent sea views.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a practical wine cooler for relaxing evenings.

A washing machine and dryer are discreetly integrated into the kitchen area.

Descending one level, you will find the master bedroom with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower, double vanities, and a toilet. The bed in the master bedroom measures 1.80 x 2.00 m.

On the same level there is an additional bedroom with a separate bathroom including a shower, sink, and toilet. The bed meassures 1.60 x 2.00 m

2. Independent guest area

The separate guest apartment, ideal for extended family or younger guests, now consists of two bedrooms:

* One bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m
* One bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 2.00 m

One bathroom to share with shower, toilet, and double sink.

From the guest apartment, you have direct access to the pool area.

The outdoor area features a BBQ area with covered dining space, a sparkling swimming pool surrounded by modern-style tiling and high-quality lounge area and sun loungers, creating a private oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool area faces south, allowing sunshine throughout the entire day from sunrise to sunset.
